Our service is for bridal, bridesmaids, flowergirl, prom and special occasion gowns.  Each alterations specialist has their prices set to their area and their skills.  Each specialist should be able to pin the gown and give the client an idea of the proper fit.  It is impossible to give prices without seeing the client in their gown.  We do give prices before or as we are pinning to make sure you are pleased.  The client has the option on which alterations are most important to them. At first fitting we will accept checks or cash and on the pick-up day it is cash only.

Many factors make the difference on prices such as the fabric, beading, boning and how many layers.  The body shape also can make a difference on each client so the same dress may be a different price for each bridesmaid.  I explain how and why I pin and how I will be doing the alterations so you will not have any surprises. 

BRIDAL GOWNS

Bridal gown alterations should be in the budget of the gown.  On average for alterations on a wedding gown is usually somewhere between $150-$200.  This can change if the dress is more detailed and the specialist has to do more work to fit the bodice of the client.

Hems vary depending on layers, fabric, beading and the under crinoline slips.

Bodice varies in prices because of layers, beading, and boning.  Some gowns need to be hand beaded after the alterations, while some do not because the beads are sewn onto the appliques.  That is something we will not know until we see the dress.

Bustles are my specialty! I keep them very affordable and creative.  I believe that every bride should have and deserves the bustle.

NON-BRIDAL

On average for the bridesmaids it is usually just a hem and minor adjustments in the bodice or shoulders.  The average price is usually $40-$90.
